Our Cancellation/Refund
Policy
General Policy.
All customers have 2 business days in which to
cancel without penalty.
After 2 business days:
Magazine Ad-refund
request will be considered on a case by case basis
and must be
submitted in writing:
Limited Package:
Magazine Hard Ad-refund
request will be considered on a case by case
basis:
-If the ad has already been set up but not
submitted to the printer, a refund
of 50% will be granted.
-If the ad has already been set up and submitted
to the printer, a refund will
not be granted.
Internet portion of the
package-$45 of the $99 cost of the Internet set up
is
non-refundable at any time. The remaining
$54 will be refunded prorata based on
each month of Internet advertising not used.
Deluxe Package:
Magazine Hard Ad-refund
request will be considered on a case by case
basis:
-If the ad has already been set up but not
submitted to the printer, a refund
of 50% will be granted.
-If the ad has already been set up and submitted
to the printer, a refund will
not be granted.
-If the first ad has been published and the
customer wishes to cancel the
second ad, a refund of 25% will be issued if the
cancellation request is
received in writing no later than last day of the
fifth month following the
placement of the original ad.
Internet portion of the
package-The first $45 of the $99 cost of the
Internet set up
is non-refundable at any time. The remaining
$54 will be refunded prorata based
on each month of Internet advertising not used.
Special Package
Internet Advertising-The first $45 of the
$199 cost of the Special package is the
cost of the Internet set up and is non-refundable
at any time. The remaining $154
will be refunded prorata based on each month of
Internet advertising not used.
Rental Package
Magazine Hard Ad-refund
request will be considered on a case by case
basis:
-If the ad has already been set up but not
submitted to the printer, a refund
of 50% will be granted.
-If the ad has already been set up and submitted
to the printer, a refund will
not be granted.
Internet portion of the
package-The $49 of the Internet set up is
non-refundable
at any time.
Renewal Internet Ad
The first $45 of the $69
cost of the Internet set up is non-refundable at
any time. The
remaining $24 will be refunded prorata based on
each month of Internet advertising
not used.
Personalize Internet Ad
The $59 is non-refundable at any time.
